Nah it depends on what you like about keyboards. Some prefer to play keyboards, others like to program the sounds (in the case for synths) and others are in there between. Usually keyboards or what you call it are very different from synths. Keyboards are made for all those organic sounds aswell etc etc but that is another talk :)

Yes, but for my case I don't like to be quick while composing music, the most important phasis for me is now the sound designing :P
