Well do it descretely. I do not wish any more samples until I'll have the "real thing" in my hands.

After listening to the first two movements I really like what I hear so far (aside from the "deafwater" mastering, obviously... )
As for the artwork and the surrounding ideas behind the album ... not a fan at all.
It would have been more fitting to have it presented as a straight continuation like he did with Oxygene 7-13, without a pretentious concept - just let the music speak for itself.
Assuming the rest of the music lives up to its promise, though, I'll just put the LP in a neutral white sleeve and call it "Equinoxe 9-18"

Yup. It all seems like an afterthought to me.
With the original Equinoxe everything was abstract
- the title
- the cover
- track titles
With this one he's trying very hard to create some kind of mythology and explain everything. Well, almost. Because while he's attributing a meaning to the "watcher" figurine and tell a story with those grotesque titles. But... what does the word "EQUINOXE" have to do with all that?
I'm not a fan of those titles at all. I much more prefer the numbers, as they leave much more to the imagination (the music speaks for itself). I can't imagine what would be my perception of, say, the original Oxygene had it had some odd titles instead of the roman numerals.

You are over reaching here.
You are writing detogatory things on a forum you would probably never say to JmJ in person.

JMJ's thoughts are about each track are just waffle to me, but it's his music, and I'm not keen on the track names either, but as long as I like the music he can call them what he wants.

Here JMJ has put a lot of time and effort to name his titles and carefully describe all of the thought process behind it and all he gets is ungratefulness??
Well all that really matters at the end of the day is how it will sound like and that the melodies are good so still looking forward to this project.

Fun fact: Franck Bonneau, the guy who did the "watcher" crop-circle (a seen in ) is credited in the "Special thanks to" section on Equinoxe Infinity.

Apart from people of Sony Music -- maybe Editors (Magazines, Radio) to finish their Reviews in time with the release date.
