"Robots don't cry" gets its track story... without an actual track or even a preview. Odd.

It looks like the original Equinoxe (part 1-8) is from the 2014 remaster.Jote wrote:

The recorder!!! (Flûte à bec)
Not so sure... maybe there's some kind of childish track in the tradition of "Band in the Rain" or "The Last Rhumba"...Jote wrote:Lol.Vozdelosvientos wrote:According to amazon.fr, Jarre plays an instrument not quite usual in the album... (not quite usual for him)

(It's an obvious translation mistake)
And why would they list one particular instrument among what clearly appears to be roles ("performer, composer, other contribution")? Clearly it was supposed to be "recorder" as in "recording engineer".Vozdelosvientos wrote: Not so sure... maybe there's some kind of childish track in the tradition of "Band in the Rain" or "The Last Rhumba"...

High time, isn't it? It's 4 weeks until the release, Amazon et al should already have the 30-second previews of each track - if previous releases (not just JMJ) are of any indication. PJ got its previews on July 20th (2 months before release), Oxygene 3 on Oct 26th (6 weeks before release). Did somebody drop the flashdrive with the mp3 files into a toilet or what?Jarreshair wrote:Come on Mr.Jarre, give us some previews!
Yes, please.kubrick wrote:Good news fans. I received today via via a promo CD of the full album. I will leak it, if you wish.
