Probably. Someone needs to make an analyzis of him.

There could be a number of reasons why.

1. Mental illness.
2. On drugs.
3. Against Royalty.
4. Just cause he wanted to.

Probably missed a few but this comes straight to my mind. I hope he gets his justice in ... .

The title reminds me of Blur's title, Park Life. You could go for Park Life II. Just an idea but you probably can do so much better.

And that's the information for the psychologists to work with, as that could be a very possible reason for a possible mental instability.

Yesh, that was pretty weird. I actually would have to work in the evening, so during the day, I went to the capital to celebrate q-day there. But 1,5 hour after I arrived there, I got a call that I'd better come back as soon as possible, because everything we built the day before could be broken down immediately. Getting in there was pretty hard, due to the heavy securety.

Luckily I wasn't there when the accident happened, I only saw the carwreck. My g/f's father stood for about 3 metres from where the car drove into the audience...
