Maybe there is a bit too much delay, you should aswell try to add some portamento, but a very little bit, and play it one octave upper, just to try

First, the notes are not correct, it's played back too fast.
As for the sound, you need to put some flanger on it. Preferably from a vintage EH Electric Mistress...

yeah, the notes aren't right, but it was just a presentation, so I just recorded it with the mistakes, and fast. I'm not sure, does the SH only accept the volume pedal
(the later part isn't the chrono 6 bassline, it should be a trance bassline i guess
)

Since when did the SH201 ever be part of a comparison to the SH101....apart from the sh Bracket...JP8000 is the synth you looking for guys!!!

But on the other hand they are not the first to draw a ralationship between these two synths, I think even Roland does it, but that is probably just a trick from their side anyway.

Mine looks different but those are very typical for electronic devices here. My microkorg and Vestax mixer has this kind of adaptors aswell. Only on my Nord is it built into the synth casing.

LOL, I have 5 synths, and none of them have external psu, that's silly if you ask me, even my old mixer has an inbuilt one

Yes it can be very anoying especially because they are taking up too much space in a socket.

They're completely unreliable pieces of crap... and it's generally printed on them: "indoor use only"...
Ridiculous for musical instruments that beg to be played at concerts, etc.
Though they still make some really good instruments with wallwarts! The Yamaha CP-33, a 1300-Euro stage piano, is using one. WTF?

Luckily it's not that hard to build in the external psu, and mount a descent cable on the synth. But only if the warranty is gone

That it has a lot of the same presets as in the V-synth, but in a lower sound quality, it seemed...
I think also that presets of the SH 201 as a lower sound quality than the V synth. But it's not also the same price ...
