Gotta love the copyright system as it is!

And its gone.

I find it so weird that the video would be taken down on YouTube, even after (from what I remember) Jean-Michel himself publicly praised it on Facebook. I mean, surely covers should be exempt from copyright?

Then again, copyright claims on Jarre content have been way more frequent since way back in March/April. I wonder why SME have only started cracking down on everything now?

BMG owns the rights nowadays, I think that's the culprit

A 13 year old video got a copyright strike...

Yeah, they've struck down a ton of old uploads of interviews too. Things like the Equinoxe 3 one where he plays a piano cover of it, the Concerts in China rehearsal one with the MF4 music video in it, the list goes on...

Coincidentally after my post yesterday, I went to check how my channel was doing. Turns out my Monaco remaster was blocked worldwide a few days ago too!

Maybe someone should e-mail a member of Jarre's team about it? I mean, this is getting a bit ridiculous now in my honest opinion.
