i removed them temporary because eminent wouldn't fit with em

I HAVE IT AT LAST but some registers are not working [yet]... BTW maybe sb can help me with all that stuff... What patches/button configs etc JMJ used on [for example] Eq1, Oxy 2 etc... I've tried to recreate some sounds but some registers suxx and i dunno what are proper... sb can help ??

I'll help with electronics as much as possible. Haven't a clue about the sounds.

there is no problem 4 me with electronics but with button configurations

Those who have an Eminent might not entirely agree with me on these,but these are the tabs i've used to create similar sounds as Jarre and to me they sound the same....



Oxygene 2 -Octave '4 + Percussion "on" set to long percussion length
Oxygene 5 -Either(Diapason 16 '+Principal '8 or Octave 4'+String 4')plus add a little Vibrato(string trills sound)
Oxygene 7-Salicional 8' (Solo flute type sound)

Equinoxe 1-Pedals-Subbass 16'+Add a little Phaser mod
Equinoxe 1 Strings Ensemble 8' plus sustain button.
Equinoxe 4 Octave 4'

Obviously the rest of the string pads/Phaser are self explanatory

For Oxygene 13 i use the Lower/Upper manual with 8+sustain,then add the 4' setting to the upper manual(as you hear the sound doubled up in jarres part way through the song,I also use the bass pedals (Subbass)


Leodav made Oxygene 8 lead on the Eminent too,I'm sure he could point out the Tabs he used....

If anyone else has any other Tab combinations...then post em....


Most of the Tab sounds Jarre used can be replicated on any decent VA/Analog synth

for my Oxygene 7 i used the Novation KS5 instead of the Eminent for the lead flute.

Jeps... you should also be able to hear he used the Tibia's (8') on oxy 1 or was it 2... listen and catch them...

My eminent produces an awful amount of pink noise unless I push down the 'cancel tibia's' tab......

Then there is something really wrong with your eminent... My guess is a faulty transistor.....

Do you remember how I managed to get it upstairs?

It's the reason my organ isn't in my studio, but in the living room, I couldn't get it downstairs
