Curious because normally "Payment by card will only be debited at the time of shipment for a Fnac.com order".
So the copies begin to be sent ?

it wasn't the exact same master as the original release. It was such an odd choice...

How different ? Sound or timing ?

With Radiophonie vol. 10 it was the same - they charged me on Sunday (19.07.20), but the parcel was dispatched on Wednesday (22.07), delivered on Thursday (23.07), the release was IIRC on 24th.

To partly answer your question, the first CD of the Radiophonie vol. 10 is different from Radiophonie vol. 9 in that the gaps between the tracks are shorter (about 4 s vs 5 s). I don't know whether the music itself was been remixed / remastered, but that's unlikely there were changes.

Yeah, I agree. With Radiophonie 10, I ordered at FNAC. A week later I got a cancellation message because they couldn't deliver any copies. Funny little detail: you could still order it on their website, but you'll get a cancellation message a week later again. Luckily, I had a copy at a Dutch retailer and that one came through. This time, I couldn't find any copy in any other (online) store than FNAC.

I don't want to be that guy, but it was the same with Radiophonie 10 - first it disappeared ("out of stock"), then reappeared shortly before the release (after the pre-orders were charged to credit cards). I'm not sure if any of those "2nd batch" orders were fulfilled.
