Pet Shop Boys (or Tennant/Lowe if they prefer) would be top of the list for me, followed by Trevor Horn.
Brian Eno would be one that I'm sure JMJ would like to work with, as well as maybe Brian May of Queen.
I'd also nominate Henry Jackman as I love the soundtrack he did for X-Men First Class (I love the Magneto theme at the end of the film).

Around 2002 Pet Shop Boys were asked about JMJ music comparing it. Neil told they actually never heard it. Strange.
Kraftwerk never collaborates with anyone on principle. Karl Bartos I seem is more possible and wishful for me.
What does it mean "Zero Landmine" sound logo?
Never knew that, but someone told here Vangelis doesn't like JMJ.
I can easy imagine David Gilmour voice and guitar with Jarre music, BUT DG now is too busy releasing his own album. So I'm doubting it's possible this time. Roger Waters is too sarcastic to collaborate on such level, I guess.
If Jean-Michel suggested to Martin Gore, I guess he would decline. Martin was told he can't imagine to compose with anyone else because this process is very intimate to him.
I seem Klaus Schulze is slightly jealous to JMJ for collaboration. I see them as a rivals on one field.

Found it. For this track Florian Schneider recorded several seconds of robovox. That's all. It can't be called real collaboration.

As for Martin Gore, well, he doesn't like JMJ at all (I think some other thread in here had a quotation of his on the subject) so that's also a thing.

Mike Oldfield could be a bit hard nut to cack.
I can see him sitting in the studio with crossed arms ranting "not without the celtic bagpipe and some mandolin".
Still it's an emotional dream for many people including me ofcourse.
