I´ll see what I can do. There are actually a lot of Eproms in the Fairlight. It remains to be seen if they all have survived or if I am forced to hunt down some Rom images as well.

The hardware is the other thing, LeoDav. Me thinks that the original M6800/M68000 code checks for (for example) for the presence of the Voicecards. Thus can be surely override by "bending" the original code, but there must be in any case a output interface. Me thinks that it would be easier to make a -real- Fairlight clone based on a 6809 using a bunch of cheapo ISA-Soundcards and a low-end, self programmed PAL/NTSC Video Generator for example.

Ok, will see what can be done, though this will probably take some while, especially if there are many slider values and types to clone. The places I know that manufacture sliders and pots do not take orders under 1000 pcs.

The slider knobs for MK III Odysseys also seem to be hard to get hold of.

Updated my site on synth restoration with the restoration of a TVS-1 and the OB-X. I just got finished with the restoration of the RS-09 also, pictures to be added later.

You are welcome, actually I owe it all to Alexander Guelfenburg who services old machines at Virtualmusic. I am very happy that he managed to find these, now I can go on and burn new ROMs for the Fairlight I have at home. (Which is actually feeling a lot better these days, even though it still does not boot from the drives).
