Thanks, I had that already. It's more the "inserts" i wanted to know, as I'm sure they're interspersed throughout the concert, no? Or are they just all at the start?

Oh, I don't know about those. I only have the radio recording as separate tracks.

Does anybody know if there was a concert programme produced for Rendezvous Houston? I was looking the other day at the Destination Docklands programme and loved the insight it gives into the three concert phases of Industrial Revolutions, Swinging 60s and the 1990s. I know Houston was structured around Rural Space (prairies, cowboys, settlements, landscapes) Urban Space (cars, freeways, skyscrapers) and Outer Space (astronauts, rockets, space shuttles) but would love to see if this was ever put to paper, with text and illustrations.

As far as I know Docklands was the first concert that has a proper programme.
