Nico: he took his JP8000 with him in Gdansk... to rehearse at his hotel room. Don't worry. And he had a JP8080 on stage

Yes, but the JP8080 is not the JP8000
I prefer the JP8000 because of the look and the sound

I prefer the JP8000 for it's great controls and look, but the JP8080 for the additional functions!

I got your point Nico, a rack or tabletop is never the same as the keyboard version. Look is important too

The white function keys(2 rows at the bottom of the Rack),double as a Keyboard,so you can actually play the JP8080 without a Midi connection

Jarre should use his RMI Harmonic Synthesizer and RMI Keyboard Computer again. They're not found on many albums, so he could make a lot of trademark sounds on them.
