That would be legal, yes.
Thing is, you can only buy things once at iTunes......
I can only once ? But I maybe can if I create an other account, no ?

Yeah, that could be possible maybe, unless they track your IP and disallow you to create another account with the same creditcard...

No problem I guess, for the IP my father can connect on his work-place computer and can use my mother's creditcard

One can always use a foreign proxy or DNS server instead of the one that is DHCP-ed by your providor..
Is it legal? Well, dunno since AFAIK there's no law against it....

By coincidence I discovered this rare live album. What is the story of this album. Only 4 unreleased songs performed for 100 people and released on itunes for a limited period.
Why isnt this released on cd? Is there a background story of the songs?

Digital only release. I'd love to see a CD release myself.
I think it's one of the earliest topics on this board too

This release is such a prime example of my hatred for digital releases/ extras. I flipping love the two Bourges tracks, but there's no (legal) way of obtaining these in any way shape or form. Really wish they got around to doing a full on re-release of these. Having the two Bourges track be buried to obscurity is a crime.
In general I wish they delved more into the back catalogue, we haven't had a surprise release since that Popcorn single back two years ago.

^ that, and the Vintage single release are both lost in this digital only release
And the tracks were pretty compressed too, no hi-res FLAC files or whatever
2 tracks of this set have been released on CD, vinyl and cassette later.
AOR Bleu on Planet Jarre (cd,lp,cassette)
The 20 minute track Alive in Bourges on an obscure CD (CD recordable actually) from 2006 called Sublime Mix.
A 14 minute version of the track was played in Denmark in 2002.

The Sublime Mix was just a CD-r? That's honestly quite insane.
