somehow i think wavestation is not just jarre type synth. sounds i think maybe to big to good jarre type layering.

Depends on the need of the sounds onboard,I wouldn't say they were too Big for his layering,he used similar sounds on Chronologie off the 01W which use the same make up synthesis,there are certainly plenty of evolving washes and wavesequences that would fit his musical application,I guess he just never found a use for them.

The Wavestation fits Enigmas music better(seeing as its been overused by MC)and was a staple machine for TD.

I'd say he's not really a heavy user of Korg synths per se,he's only used a handful of the digital era(Karma/Prophecy/01W/03/M1R Using a few presets off each)

Depends on the need of the sounds on board,there are certainly plenty of evolving washes and wavesequences that would fit his musical application, Just never actually heard him use any of the typical sounds of the Wavey,the Wavestation fits Enigmas music better(seeing as its been overused by MC)and was a staple machine for TD.

i think these are too evoling maybe for layering becouse i layering sounds makes also somehow evolving sounds.

Francis also mentioned Jupiter 8 (Im quite sure it's the keybard to the left on the Synthex/JD800 photo) and Korg Poly 2000 (must be the PE-2000). The keyboard to the right which you can only see a corner of, must be the Minimoog.
