I and Mogan is probably gonna buy Yamaha MG10 because it´s a nice price and we doesn´t need more channels and features than that. Somebody got one of the Yamaha MG series? Please tell me what you think of it. Looks good, but some more info about it could be nice.

Well, what would you like to know? Yamaha is very good quality and they're very reasonably priced in between the bargain brands Behringer and Phonic and the way more expensive Mackie mixers. The built-in fx are far better than Behringers too, and the Yamaha's are no way as noisy as the Behringers. I would buy such a large 32 channels MG series if I had the money. Maybe later...

Mackie Tapco is pretty ok as well though not as many channels.
Similar price range to Yammy MG10/2.

I know someone who has an MG12 and he's very happy with it. I've seen the MG32 this morning and it looks really nice. Quite big of course. I prefer to buy the 16-channel version and add a patchbay, so that I can put it in a rack.

Yeah, we was going to buy Tapco Mix 60, but there´s few channels, and Y. MG10 is only a little bit more expensive. So I think we will get more out of the money with Yamaha´s.
Well, I would like to know if someone have that mixer and will recommend it. Do you think it is enough capabilities on it, or should more buttons been there? OK, my explanation was not so good, but I do not need to know how many stereo/mono channels the thingie has, but more like your own experiences. (Wishing everybody spoke Norwegian! )

Oh, I shouldn´t have captured the whole thread, so just go on and talk about your mixers. But thanks to anyone helping me.

It depends what you want to know really, except for the specs, there isn't much left to say...! I tried a few of them, heard them, touched them, and I'm convinced of their quality... so, well

The routing capabilities of the MG series are very good imo. Better than my old Behringer, but I don't know how are the more recent Behringers.

Yammy mixers are generally supposed to be fairly smooth, & neutral.
Also fairly robust.

I think JMJ used a Yammy in one of his gigs.
My local music shop ran all their keyboards through a small Yammy.
The dealer really liked them.

For the price range it is a pretty excellent purchase IMO.

Just to be funny: I would love to have a Mixer that you just could have in your hand and then mix food with it.
