One would think so, since Jarre wants to continue that tour and since Eastern Europe was not included in the first leg.

The thing about negotiations taking place for 9 months seem a little odd in that context, though. The Oxygene Live your is only little more than Aero Prod. taking up the phone, talk to some local event organizer and agree on a date.

This could be Bulgaria 2004 over again; some local organizer thinks they can get a concert, and puts pressure on JMJ by announcing it. I find it odd that Jarre has not mentioned location scouting or an invitation in his blog, he is usually keen to mention possible projects.

Jarre didn't want to say anything until it is not sure.

the forthcoming tour will be devided by two parts ? 1st part is Central European, 2nd part with more distant cities?

Central? You mean Munich for example? That is central geographically, but Germany counts as Western-European country.

Not as far as I know For instance there is the centraleuropean welfaremodel which is among other based on the German welfae model, but that is another subject and such things are not always the same so I'll just give up

Looks like Jarre will tour "Eastern" Europe then. He has alot of fans there, dont forget Poland for example (and no, we should not get into discussions about what is east or west in Europe )
