Alternatively just remove the IMG tags so people could just click the links. Or make separate rars for each issue.

Not sure if there is a problem with photobucket, but any high res scans I have done this morning are not showing as high res through PB. It was pointed out that 2 of the links are not in high res, but they are, but not showing as high res.

Um, you could try reuploading them again. Still appear miniature to me
And Photobucket? Well, if a lot of people start checking those out the bandwidth limit's gonna bust in little time...

I sdid all that, removed them and uploaded them again, but no differance. Even re-scanned them. I had a quick look on PB but couldn't find anything to indicate if PB has a limiter to how many high res images you can have in your folders.
