I think it is an enigma, maybe Junos were too "usual" and were providing sounds too "usual" for his albums with sounds like ones in which he used EMS and so on but I don't think, this synth can have his own touch which can paste with albums mood....
The better way to know it is to ask Francis, Michel or better, the Master himself

Juno's sure have their own sound. It's not necessarily a scaled-down Jupiter. Not at all. Listen some demos at

C'est vrai qu'il a vraiment l'air pas mal ce SH201. Si le son est bon, vu la simplicité de l'engin, ça doit être cool à utiliser.

Bof, je suis pas trop tenté, le SH-101 a l'air mieux niveau son, ou le JP8000 our JD800
