Day4: Black mirror S4: 6 dark little masterpieces about our future
Black Mirror S4: 6 petits chefs-d’œuvre bien noirs à propos de notre futur.

Thought of the day:
If I was immortal I can not imagine what my electricity bill would be.

Day 6:
Why cats are so popular on the net more than dogs, humans or trees?

Day 8 :
Today president Macron meets president XI JinPing.. most important moment for both countries since De Gaulle was meeting Mao in 1964.. Because of Trump, Brexit, climate change, new technology France and China never had so many opportunities to establish a clever alliance...
I remember when I went to China for the first time in 1981, being the first western artist to play there .. it was the time of abacus and bamboo scaffoldings.
When I played the Forbiden City and Tien an men square in 2004, it was the time of pirate cds and dvds and today it is the time of new energy, solar panels and artificial intelligence... so many things to share.. and also talking about human rights..
Good luck

Jour 8 :

Day 10
I totally agree with Emmanuel Macron’s strategy on human rights in China. We must stop giving lessons in public with our typical french arrogance, especially about China, it is useless and has no effect .. If you want to get results in China, be discreet, use diplomacy in private ...
I have experienced this on a number of occasions as a private person to defend copyright, to help stopping piracy, to give voice to dissident musicians or painters during my concerts .. etc.

Jour 10

Day 14: Make noise.
I could not agree more with @theblakemorgan I respect music:

Even if I prefer having an object in my hands, a vinyl.. a cd..even a cassette, digital distribution is great and streaming is ok.

Making playlists is fun and handy as well as being able to downloading streamed music so I can listen when I’m offline.
But what I don’t accept is how little musicians get paid for all that streaming. It’s not fair––not even close. What’s more, middle-class music makers are the ones who are hit hardest, whose businesses are threatened, and whose families are put at risk. So how can I be against the way streaming companies treat musicians but not be against streaming itself?

As Blake is saying: « I’m against the electric chair, but not against electricity. »
