The V-synth is a little too expensive
besides that I need a drum machine, but Im not sure If I shall choose the simple ER-1 or the EMX which has a synthpart also. I need some classic 808 and 909 sounds for sure.

If I'm right the ER1 sounds almost the same as his older brother, you'll have nothing on a Electribe. It can have deep basses and funny noises but it lacks descent kicks and snares. That's the reason why I kept my 707. You'd better buy a RMX or sth for 808/909 sounds.

I have rebirth as well, which is working just like I want it to, but I can't controll it with my hands, only a stupid click from the mouse. The EMX exactly what I am looking for, but from new price is not within my range.

That's an opportunity, but I don't see them very often on the secondhand market here in my country. Im also aware of that it was pointed at the DJ scene and therefore those can be very 'used' in secondhand condition.
