JEAN MICHEL JARRE: POWERSTOCK TICKET REFUNDS

The Powerstock Festival Organisers have contacted JARRE UK again today, with an update for all those Fans who have not received their refund for Tickets purchased through PayPal, for the cancelled Jean Michel Jarre Concert at the Powerstock Festival in Italy on July 26th 2007.

Carlo Brancati, Artistic Director of the Powerstock Festival spoke to JARRE UK today, and asked us to inform Fans, that he expects all Fans who have purchased Tickets through PayPal, to have received their refunds by the end of this week, and that refunds had already started to be paid back to Fans since late last week. Any Fan who has not received their refund by this time next week, should E-Mail Carlo Brancati at info@powerstock.org.

The Powerstock Festival Organisers have also informed JARRE UK today, that all Fans who purchased Tickets through TicketOne or Etes, should by now have received their refunds. If this is not the case, and you are still awaiting a refund, please E-Mail Carlo Brancati at info@powerstock.org.

Have you tried to dispute the payment with paypal?
That's what I did, it took a few weeks to all filter through, I'm not sure if Powestock paid because they wanted to or because paypal told them to.

It might be worth a try.

I am not 100% sure but I think it means she may have helped to bring them back together.
