It's like small pieces of different fried food on the plate...often with fried egg. Don't know the precise translation though.

Pytt i panna = Potatoes, meat and onions sliced into small cubes fryed in a pan with pepper and salt. Then you take eggs and fry them too and maybe take ketchup and/or red beet (beetroot)!
