oh so maybe you can help me with fixing vca1 problem?
when i set VCF2 to 0 it soulds like it was set to 10. when i set it to 10 it's much more louder than VCF1 volume :( what can be wrong?

Could you try to get hold of a frontpanel print and draw what values the knobs are at

Like you say, circuit don't apreciate to work directly with the output from the midikit.Midikit give 0 or +5V and with the optocoupler is totally transparent.if you both VP-330 and RS-202 are analog and no midi, it's probably a similar integration.

I have one question though, why the use of an opto coupler ? I mean is it not possible to gate each solina tone without that part ? Or maybe the circuit doesnt work this way ?

Perhaps an desireable mod is to clock the sequencer to external gate signal ?

This is easily done by adding a BC547C transistor to the manual step function(button).
If you measure it with a DVM you will see that the way the button works is to
emit voltage to the clock when the button is pushed down ...

I have a synthex in my studio, but I am doing a total recap of my mixer so I can´t listen to the synthex atm. But from memory there are two different "laser harp" sounds as presets on the synthex, first with no attack added and the other a bit softer sounding.

I have done the sound on a Prophet-5 ...
