I know that in Oxygene Pt. 1 the AKS is used. But in Part 3, there's IMHO too much portamento, the theremin-typical waveform and not 100% pitch corectness. So I would have thought it's a theremin - but if you're so sure that it isn't one....

That's a Theremin. Of course Jarre used one of these (in Oxygene 1-6, 7-13 + 3D and others), but his was built ...

Didn't mean Marshy Zone, but the noises at 0.31 and 0.46. I think it is the same like the sequence at 4.51.

Yep, it is powered by 8,5 instead of 9V. This makes the phaser sound softer.

A Smallstone is rather cheap and does have a personal charm. It's difficult to point out what effects JMJ used on each Eminent sound. It did vary, but other persons on the forum are far better on this area than me.
New smallstones sound different from the old ones JMJ used. :)

It is not that important for me to get close to the Eminent, just that vaporing phasing sound. But I fear it is not only the Smallstone who does all this variation of sound...

The X-705 has got two String ensembles which are identical to those of the Elka Rhapsody 610 and the Hohner StringVox. I want these to sound in that way.

I know that these two instruments differ a lot in sound from each other.



Maybe there's someone who has one (or more) of this pedals (and maybe the Polyphase) who could do me the favor of processing a sample from me and send it back.
