The thing is... EMI, no matter who is right or not, now has an excuse to demand three quarters of a million euros from Jarre, and if you only would imagine how much they need that, you would not be worried about the law suit.

That is correct. It is mentioned on both sets of the dvd and the free CD from the MOS.

In that case there is no lie.

So it seems, Jarre is taking very much "for granted" - or in another most unlikely scenario he wanted this to happen all along, but I very much doubt that.
After so many years in the business he really should have known this was going to happen.

The cd in the jewal case and dvd case versions of LIYLR was a remastered/mixed version of the 76 album and not audio from the "live" 2D/3D studio version. The MOS free cd was that same cd as in those sets.

The copyright to the original master is owned by FDR.... and thats the *only* 'original' master FDR can make any claims over...! And as thats been under lock and key for some time, then yes, I suspect that JMJ might have had a back-up copy that he could work from, which FDR can't make any claims to ...
