I think I remember seeing some pictures of the rehearsals in Lausanne, where he wore that, too. This was definitely before Budapest.
For the logo on it, I would read it as "DJ".

It seems this is the "Live AI" he spoke about. Pictures of a live camera focused on JMJ and processed in real time by AI. There were similar effects on "Brutalism".
